To confirm, prepare and deliver orders.
To process payments and issue invoices.
To follow customisation, dietary and allergy instructions.

To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

Cookies and website activity

Optional analytics are used only if enabled and you choose to accept them. Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our public menu, product pages and enquiry links. Rejecting analytics does not affect your ability to use the website.
If enabled, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand page interactions through heatmaps and session recordings after you accept analytics. Customer-entry, cart, order-request, admin and billing pages are excluded from these tools.
You can accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics through Cookie settings in the website footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing stops optional tracking and removes this website's analytics cookies; previously collected information is not automatically deleted.
Our hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser information and request logs, for security and reliable website operation.

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared when necessary with WhatsApp, email and website hosting providers, payment or banking providers, and delivery partners. If you accept optional analytics, website activity may also be processed by Google Analytics and, when enabled, Microsoft Clarity.

External services

When you open WhatsApp or Google Maps, you leave our website and those services apply their own privacy policies.
Instagram content may be displayed through an embedded service. Meta may receive technical information when that content loads and applies its own privacy policy.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed to respond.
Order, invoice and payment records may be retained for accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.

Photographs and promotion

We will request separate permission before using identifiable customer information, messages or customer-provided photographs for promotional purposes.
You may withdraw that permission by contacting us. Withdrawing permission will stop future use where reasonably possible.
Photographs of baked products are handled under the photography and promotion provision in our Terms and Conditions.
