How far in advance should I order?
Please send your order request at least 1 day in advance. Availability and the expected date will be confirmed personally.
Does sending my cart confirm the order?
No. Your cart is sent as an order request. Your order is confirmed after availability, timing, final pricing and the advance payment are confirmed.
How is the final price confirmed?
After reviewing your request, Baked Brown sends a quotation with the final amount. Customisation and delivery may affect the final price.
How much advance payment is required?
A 50% advance invoice must be paid before baking begins.
Can cakes be customised?
Cakes can be customised for flavour, size and decoration. Special requests and any additional charges will be confirmed before the order begins.
Can you accommodate allergies or ingredient preferences?
Please mention allergies or ingredient preferences when ordering. Products are prepared in a standard home kitchen, so the absence of nuts, gluten or other allergens cannot be guaranteed.
How does delivery work?
Local delivery is arranged through Porter only within the confirmed service area. Visit Porter for information about the local delivery provider. Customer pickup is available by arrangement. bakedBROWN does not arrange courier or long-distance shipping. A travel-friendly badge describes customer-arranged carriage after collection; it is not a delivery promise. Arrangements and updates are confirmed through WhatsApp.

Meet Ranjani Ganesan
My love for baking began at home, cooking for my family and baking for our gatherings. Seeing something I made become part of a happy occasion made me want to learn the craft professionally.
After completing my professional baking training and certification, I founded Baked Brown Co. to bring carefully made European pastries to Tiruppur, from French viennoiserie and Italian favourites to Polish pączki and celebration cakes.
Today, I bake in small batches from my home kitchen, take advance orders, and also supply local cafés, bakeries and shops for bulk orders. For me, the best part is simple, making something good and seeing people enjoy it.
