Please read these terms before placing an order with bakedBROWN.

ORDERS & CUSTOMISATION

All orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance.
Your order is confirmed once half payment is received.
Cakes can be customised regarding flavour, size, and decoration; special requests must be confirmed when placing the order.
We welcome orders for new flavours not on the menu; availability may vary.

Prices are calculated per kilogram and include basic packaging. Additional charges apply for extra layers, premium toppers, theme decorations, or buttercream frosting.
Payment must be made atleast half in advance.
All mentioned weights are approximate and may vary slightly as each item is handcrafted.

Cakes can be prepared with or without eggs.
We use standard kitchen ingredients and cannot guarantee the absence of nuts, gluten, or other allergens unless specifically requested. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies.

Fondant and dark-coloured decorations are not used upon request.
Premium toppers, theme decorations, or personalised designs may carry additional charges.

Basic packaging is included in the price.
Local delivery is arranged through Porter only within the confirmed service area; customer pickup is also available by arrangement. bakedBROWN does not arrange courier or long-distance shipping.
A Product marked suitable for customer-arranged travel may be collected and carried by the customer. This characteristic is not a delivery promise, and the customer is responsible for suitable transport after collection.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery are free of charge.
Refunds are not available for orders cancelled after this timeframe.

Follow the Product-specific care and storage guidance shown on the Product page and the applicable label supplied with your order.
Website guidance does not replace manufacture, expiry, use-by, or other handling information on the supplied label. We are not liable for quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after handover.

By placing an order, you consent to having photos of your cake used for promotional purposes on social media or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, or damages that result from the consumption of our products.
